Crearchio ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of users ("user" or "you") who play our virtual and mixed reality application Blade of Honour (the "Application") on Meta Quest devices.

This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the Application.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe in minimal data footprint. Blade of Honour does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, physical address, phone number, biometric data, photos, or videos.

2. Spatial and Scene Data (Mixed Reality / Room-Scale)

To deliver room-scale Mixed Reality experiences, the Application requests access to the Meta Scene API (com.oculus.permission.USE_SCENE):

• Usage: Spatial data (such as detected floor planes, walls, and obstacle boundaries) is processed entirely locally on your Meta Quest headset in real time. This allows enemy units to dynamically spawn and interact within your physical space.

• Storage and Transmission: Crearchio does not record, reconstruct, store, or transmit your physical room layout, visual passthrough camera feeds, or environment meshes to any external server or third party. All spatial processing happens exclusively in local device memory and is discarded immediately after runtime.

3. Local Game Data and Storage

• Save Data: Your game progress, unlocked weapons, character skins, in-game gold, and personal records are stored locally on your device storage via standard offline save game files.

• Device Permissions: Any standard storage or media flags included by the underlying game engine (Unreal Engine) are used strictly to read and write your offline gameplay save state. We do not access, scan, or inspect personal media files (photos, videos, or documents) located on your device.

4. Platform Services (Meta Horizon Platform)

The Application is distributed via the Meta Horizon Store / App Lab. Meta may process diagnostic telemetry, hardware performance, and account entitlement data according to the Meta Privacy Policy. Crearchio does not independently maintain external user accounts, logins, or tracking cookies for this Application.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older (in compliance with Meta Quest platform age guidelines). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
